Coco Martin on 'Juan Dela Cruz' and its approaching finale! ~ Ms. Mighty Mau

Coco Martin has been dubbed as the King of Primetime of ABS-CBN because of his successful seryes. We all know how his 2012 drama series Walang Hanggan took the nation by storm! It was a massive hit. Now, this 2013, as he was crafted to be a modern-day superhero 'Juan Dela Cruz', the show has been an undisputed top-rated action-series since it started airing last February 4, 2013.

Juan Dela Cruz has been a favorite for everyone, be it kids and kids at heart. The show continuously shared good values to its viewers. The story is also something fresh and entertaining. Coco himself has taken his part in contributing for the show's creative side as he is also a consultant of the show. He said,"Si Juan Dela Cruz at ako, iisa yan.." pointing out how he crafts his character close to his personality. He also said that it's the same reason why he always have a lola in his shows. I personally love how show reflects how each human has their good and bad side and the show teaches the viewers that being good or bad is a matter of choice.

On working with his leading lady Ms. Erich Gonzales, Coco said,"Sobrang iniingatan ko ang mga leading lady ko sa eksena.. lalo na sa mga crucial na eksena". Coco pointed out how he respects Erich and he values their working relationship as on-screen partners. He also said that he will miss working with everyone from JDC as he treats their audiomen, cameramen, PAs and everyone in production as brothers and sisters. They truly have a happy set! I admire how Coco values his staff and crew, he has a good heart to people.

Coco promised that there is more to be excited about the approaching finale of Juan Dela Cruz. More action-packed scenes awaits viewers as Peruha (Diana Zubiri) and Agor (John Regala) fulfills their evil plans to rule the different worlds. As the Tagabantay Juan Dela Cruz continues to fight for the good, he faces his worst enemy, himself as the Anak Ng Dilim. Fighting on Juan's side is Lolo Jules (Eddie Garcia), Asiong (Neil Coleta), Mira (Shaina Magdayao), and Rosario(Erich Gonzales)! So we should keep our grip and hold on to the last ten nights of Juan Dela Cruz!

I felt how Coco has pure love towards his family. He said that his favorite 'Bakal Na Krus' weapon is the shield as he serves the same purpose to his family. He apologizes in keeping his personal life private as he aims for his family to be out of the limelight. He said that he can take intrigues against him but not his family. Coco is indeed a hero on his own. On what's next, Coco Martin looks forward for a quick rest after Juan Dela Cruz. Then, he is looking forward in doing one mainstream and one indie film if given the chance.
