I am a self-confessed foodie. That is the reason why I would like to share to everyone this great news! From October 18-20, 2013 Marquee Mall in Angeles City, Pampanga will have the grand “Big Bite! The Northern Food Festival” A celebration of food, tradition and culture of the North! Covering up from Ilocos, Bulacan, Baguio, Tarlac,Nueva Ecija, Zambales, Bataan, Pangasinan, Cagayan and La Union bringing the best of the best of every province!

Gathering up to over 100 food stalls, offering everything from fresh ingredients, cooked food, special delicacies and baked goodies both traditional and modern, everyone will surely have a tummy-full experience! Pampanga’s Marquee Mall was the chosen location to stage this momentous food festival as it is noted to be one of Philippine’s culinary center!

Aside from great food, the festival’s participants will enjoy a cooking show by the acclaimed Chef Rolando Laudico, Chef Sau Del Rosario, Sabrina Artadi, and Mrs. Lillian Borromeo to name a few! On top of that, Big Bite will also have a culinary school cooking showdown! Adding up to the excitement and thrill is the family recipes competition, where families can share their treasured recipes! There will also be live entertainment as live bands heats up the festival with night music! And for those who have big appetites, you can go ahead and join Big Bite’s eating contests!
