Oh yes, to kick off this new blog series called "Favorites" I would like to pay tribute to the one almost each and every man and woman admires (yep, including me), the Queen B herself, Beyonce. Have you asked yourself, 'what is your favorite Beyonce song?' I know that the Queen had already released a lot of MASSIVE hit songs, and when I say massive, I mean WORLDWIDE MASSIVE. And I figured it will be really hard to pick just one favorite, and I thought that it'll be my problem when I started writing this, but I was surprised to get an easy answer... Ego! It may not be her song on top of your list, but hey, I love this song. Catchy, real catchy.. Queen B got me on this one... and it's not because of her belting out the high notes, it's just her singing. The sizzle in the music video is not that special too, Beyonce has most of her music videos showcasing her ooh-la-la dancing skills as well. But you know what I love the most? It's the tenderness of her vocal runs when she did the 'sing it with piano' part. Awesome. Simply awesome.

Our little cutie boy is gone, let's all welcome the new scorching and fiery Sam Concepcion. This is his newest music video for his latest single No Limitations.. The music video is futuristic, the song is upbeat and I liked it. I am surprised for his transformation to a more mature image.. Sam is now buff, still handsome and he seems to be fresher than ever.. Brushing off his boy-next-door teenie-winnie image, he is paired with the gorgeous Ms.Solenn Heusaff in this official music video! I never have imagined it, but hey, it worked out for me...

Yes, I am.. I have been a fan since I was able to see her perform live for the very first time in Bryan Termulo's XXV concert. And seriously, it seems like she's casting a spell on everyone the moment she sings! And that's why I am happy and excited when her album came out. I immediately bought one for myself! And true enough, it was definitely worth my penny! Young, fresh and raw, KZ's musical style attacks in the very core of yourself. So far, it's OPM's soul at it's finest!
One of the leading Kapuso heartthrob, Alden Richards turned out to be a crooner with the release of his debut alb under Universal Records. The young actor was thankful to be given a break to the recording industry even though as he admits that he can sing, but he is not a great singer. Alden was happy and proud of the album.

Paramore is the ONLY band I have been so crazy about. Since I was in high school I am already a Paramore lover and up until now, I am. I sing along to their songs, I even tried to play their songs on guitars. I am fondly youtubing their videos on tour, shows, singles and everything about them. I was affected even when the Farro brothers left the band. I thought it will be the end of Paramore, but hey, Jeremy Davis (bass), Taylor York (guitars) and Hayley Williams (vocals) are now stronger than ever.
